The Thor-Heyerdahl-Gymnasium in the Bildungszentrum Mettenhof shares the building with two other schools, which each use their own areas in the school building around the school. These include the large sports hall, the canteen and outdoor sports facility as well as many other facilities.

UK - German Connection Project
The project will involve students thinking about their favourite books when they were younger and thinking about which books interest them now, then sharing this information with students in the other country.
